8th GRADE-

We have learned how to apply in a sentence the three different verbs: -to like, -to delight, - to prefer

THE SCHOOL UNIT- We will be reading and comparing the Educational System in Spanish speaking countries with the one in the USA.

Due Date: JANUARY 23rd

You are going to create a slide presentation, which expresses your feelings about different activities, objects, or places.

You will use the verbs: gustar, encantar, and preferir. You will write 3 sentences using each of the verbs: 3 slides for each of the verbs - gustar, encantar, and preferir.  TOTAL of 9 slides + 1 slide for the Title = TOTAL 10 slides

Your project must include the following:       

·         A picture for each slide, naming the activity in Spanish and a sentence applying the verbs.

·         Your 9 sentences should be clear – Do NOT look up tons of words that no one else in the class will know!

7th GRADE- 
We are using adjectives and clothing vocabulary to describe a person.
Practice conjugating the verbs: SER/TENER/LLEVAR
yo soy/tengo/llevo; 
tu eres/tienes/llevas ; 
el/ella es/tiene/lleva ; 
ellos/ellas son/ tienen/llevan; 
nosotros somos/tenemos/llevamos

*When you say country of origin:  Yo soy de Peru.
*When you say nationality :           Yo soy peruana.

6th GRADE-
Be prepared for a TEST on the verb -GUSTAR
*Conjugating the verb -TO LIKE with ACTIVITIES
Complete activities with the verb: to like (GUSTAR)

*We will be starting the FAMILY UNIT.

4th GRADE-


We will review FAMILY Vocabulary and write a story about our own family applying basic vocabulary.
